How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email, just print it out and bring it with you to Barcelona.
How does it work?
Once you get to Barcelona, you need to exchange your e-ticket for your Articket Barcelona at the Barcelona Turisme office at Plaza de Catalunya. The address will be on your e-ticket.
How long is my Articket Barcelona valid?
Your Articket is valid for 12 months from the day you collect your tickets. You can visit each of the five museums once.
When can I visit the museums?
Each of the five museums has different opening hours. Please the museums' opening hours on their websites.
Are there children's tickets available?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer children's tickets for the Articket Barcelona.
